Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MyBrandPromotion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product and service we offer. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:
  • The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product does not match the specifications or customization details agreed upon during the order process.
  • Cancellations approved before the order enters production or shipping.

1.2 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction:
  • For electronic payments (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets), refunds will be credited back to the original payment account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds will be issued via NEFT to a bank account provided by the customer. Customers must share accurate bank details to facilitate the refund process.

1.3 Refund Timeline

  • Refund timelines : paymant within a 10 days after the rasing the ticket on the mode of payment and bank processing times. SparshMedia endeavors to process all refunds promptly!

1.4 Refund Verification

  • Upon request, MyBrandPromotion will provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR) for initiated refunds.
  • If the refund is not received, the customer must:
  • Notify us promptly.
  • Provide any necessary documentation to support their claim.
  • Once verified, we will take the necessary steps to ensure the refund is completed successfully.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Requests

  • Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the production or customization process begins.
  • Cancellation requests after production has started or the product has been shipped will not be eligible for a refund.

Partial Cancellations

  • For orders with multiple items, cancellations may be processed for individual items if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Merchant Credit Option

  • Customers may opt for Merchant Credit instead of a direct refund.
  • Merchant Credit can be used for future purchases on the MyBrandPromotion platform.
  • The credit will remain valid for 45 (forty-five) days from the date of issuance.
  • Any unused credit after this period will lapse and cannot be reclaimed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless:
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The product does not match the approved design or specifications.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that accurate details (e.g., shipping address, payment details, customization requirements) are provided at the time of order placement.
  • Notify MyBrandPromotion of any issues or discrepancies immediately upon receiving the product.
  • Provide all required documentation for refund or cancellation requests promptly.
